Your Role

As a Senior Business Analyst with Capgemini, you will support digital initiatives by translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, use data and web insights to inform decisions, and contribute to CMS-based solutions, including Drupal environments.

In this role you will:

  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with business, product, and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Support CMS-related initiatives and contribute to requirements involving Drupal or comparable platforms.
  • Use web analytics insights to assess digital performance and recommend improvements.
  • Manage requirements, priorities, dependencies, and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Maintain backlogs, requirements, and delivery documentation in Jira.
  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to clarify requirements and support solution validation.
  • Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations clearly to international stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Relevant experience as a Business Analyst in digital, web, or technology projects.
  • Strong business analysis, requirements-engineering, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and the ability to convert findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with content management systems; Drupal knowledge is particularly relevant.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics concepts, metrics, and reporting.
  • Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional specifications.
  • Practical experience using Jira in an Agile or iterative delivery environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong written and spoken English.

Nice to have

  • Experience in public-sector, European institutions, or large international programs.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery practices and backlog-management techniques.
  • Exposure to UX, accessibility, or digital-content governance.
  • Experience with reporting or visualization tools.
