We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team at our location in Crowley, TX.

What YOU will do:

  • Clean, model, and analyze data to automate reporting process via Power BI, Excel, or other data software as necessary.
  • Maintain and enhance a Power BI workspace and other forms of Excel-driven automated reporting.
  • Collaborate with members within Finance and Accounting to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies.
  • Develop custom SQL queries to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requirements as requested by management.
  • This position is Hybrid and will report in office Tuesday-Thursday.

What YOU bring:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or similar.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or other similar dashboard programs.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, or exposure to other data tools (Python, R, etc.).
  • Python and Airtable experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to translate reporting requirements to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning.
