Are you ready to shape financial strategy for one of the world's largest fulfillment networks? Amazon's India Fulfillment Center (INFC) Finance team is seeking a Financial Analyst II to drive financial reporting and planning for India's fulfillment center fixed cost base. You will have end-to-end ownership of monthly financial reviews, annual planning cycles, and cost optimization initiatives that directly impact operations serving millions of customers.

You'll partner with senior leadership to deliver insights that shape investment decisions, build financial models that forecast business trajectories and drive automation initiatives that scale processes across the network. Key job responsibilities Own monthly financial reviews for India fulfillment center fixed costs, including variance analysis, tracking actual performance versus plan, and driving discussions with functional finance teams on key cost initiatives Lead the end-to-end financial planning process for annual operating plans and guidance cycles, building bottoms-up models, conducting scenario analyses, and driving timely closure through leadership reviews Develop and publish key cost metrics dashboards, identify optimization opportunities through benchmarking, and maintain the fulfillment center fixed cost directory as the single source of truth Drive automation and simplification of financial reporting processes by partnering with business intelligence engineering teams on rollout of automation projects with measurable results Partner with the Free Cash Flow lead to track actual performance versus plan, analyze gaps to goals, and deliver commentary to India Operations leadership on financial performance and forecasts

Basic Qualifications: - 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science), or Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications: - MBA, or Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
