We are looking for a Product Manager to support the development and delivery of regulatory technology (RegTech) solutions that help financial institutions and regulated businesses meet compliance requirements efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their product career to gain hands-on experience working at the intersection of technology, regulation, and user needs.

 

You will work closely with Regulatory experts, RegTech engineering, front end & back end design teams, as well as commercial & pre-sales teams to help define product requirements, support delivery, and ensure our solutions align with evolving regulatory landscapes.

Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 based on experience

  • This role is based in London. Suade has a flexible working policy but you will need to be available to come into the London office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Delivery

  • Support the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Assist in translating business requirements into clear product requirements
  • Work with engineering teams during design, scoping, and throughout the delivery of the features
  • Help manage the product backlog, prioritising tasks under guidance from senior product leaders
  • Support product processes ensuring features are designed according to requirements, documented and communicated to internal & external audiences
  • Gather and document feedback from customers, internal teams, and partners
  • Support user research activities, including interviews, demos, and usability testing
  • Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, product newsletter and other internal / external product communications

 

Required experience / skills

Essential

  • 2 years’ experience in a product, business analyst, consulting, fintech, or RegTech-related role
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience contributing to feature design and ability to translate complex regulatory and operational contexts into clear product requirements
  • Understanding of how financial controllers, regulatory reporting teams, and compliance functions operate in practice
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written skills for documenting context, assumptions, and constraints — not just functional requirements

 

We do not expect candidates to be regulatory experts on day one. However, we expect strong curiosity and a willingness to understand the real-world constraints of regulated financial reporting.

 

Desirable

  • Exposure to financial services, compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
  • Familiarity regulatory reporting for credit institutions (Basel framework, Liquidity reporting)
  • Good project management skills
  • Degree in Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field

 

Tools & Technologies (Nice to Have)

  • Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools
  • Data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, basic dashboards)
  • API-based or SaaS platforms
