Position Overview:
As a Client Solutions Architect (CSA), you will work with enterprise clients in Florida to initiate, solution, and deliver IT solutions across AI, Data Center, Networking, Security, Cloud, and Digital Workplace. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business priorities, IT architecture, and transformation initiatives while building relationships with key stakeholders.
This role is responsible for revenue growth through client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction, along with achieving operating and margin targets and supporting continuous improvement.
Remote role but we are targeting candidates in or near the greater Orlando, or Tampa areas, with occasional onsite client or company meetings and travel up to 50%.
What you’ll do as the:

Client Strategy and Relationship Development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to new and existing clients by understanding their business goals, IT architecture, and transformation priorities.
- Align with the client CIO/CTO agenda and build relationships with key technical and business stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities proactively with the sales team and support account growth across assigned clients.
Solution Development and Technical Expertise
- Conduct high-level scoping and bring in the right technical experts to support discovery and solution design.
- Create responses to customer RFPs and technical solution components of statements of work.
- Develop pricing, technical documents, high-level designs, and presentations that clearly explain design principles, rationale, and implications.
- Lead design sessions, capability discussions, and solution presentations for customers and OEM partners.
- Support short-term billable engagements such as assessments, proofs of concept, or architectural engagements to maintain technical depth and offset cost of sales.
Practice, Partner, and OEM Collaboration
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Zones products, services, solution offerings, capabilities, and differentiators.
- Attend sales enablement sessions and provide added insights to sales teams on products, services, technologies, trends, and solutions.
- Develop relationships with key OEM and delivery partners to support specific pursuits and joint go-to-market plans.
- Identify OEMs critical to Zones’ success within each account and influence deal registration by communicating Zones’ value.
- Work with delivery partners, when needed, to develop competitive pricing and winning client solutions.
Pipeline, Forecasting, and Reporting
- Manage pipeline and forecast product and services revenue and gross margin for the defined market.
- Maintain current pipeline, forecast, time and billing, project, and activity reporting using defined tools and meeting submission deadlines.
- Support other solution architects, geographic areas, and practices as needed based on subject matter expertise, skill set, demand, and availability.
- Support customer satisfaction goals and continuous improvement across assigned accounts.
What you will bring to the team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline; equivalent years of experience is acceptable
- Minimum 12 years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Services space in the Enterprise environment and a minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales role
- Ability to lead opportunities across all practice areas– Digital Workplace, Cloud, Data Center, Security, Networking, and AI
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting technology recommendations from a business perspective
- Understanding of the industry, market, customers, competitors, suppliers, partners and capabilities of the business.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and management.
- Professional, business-focused attitude and courteous manner towards clients, partners, and peers
- Ability to travel an average of 50% of the time
Qualified candidates can expect a salary in the $150,000 - $200,000 range plus bonus based on successful achievement of targets.
