Full description

The Business Analyst will partner with business and operations leadership, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to provide reporting and data-driven insights that support business performance and informed decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, comfortable working in an evolving environment, and able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate skills in:

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Creating, maintaining, and improving financial and performance reports and dashboards
  • Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Working with large volumes of data from multiple sources
  • Organizing and interpreting data to provide actionable business intelligence
  • Translating complex data and findings into clear, concise insights for stakeholders
  • Applying critical thinking to identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and processes

Excel

  • Data formatting, validation, and preparation
  • Working efficiently with large and complex datasets
  • Advanced formulas and functions
  • Creating and modifying macros, including working with variables and loops
  • Organizing and analyzing data to support reporting and business decision-making

Data Quality & Operations

  • Managing data loads and recurring reporting processes
  • Performing data audits, validation, reconciliation, and corrections
  • Identifying and investigating data quality issues
  • Maintaining accuracy and consistency across reports and data sources
  • Identifying opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate reporting processes

Business Partnership

  • Partnering with leadership, subject matter experts, and users to understand business requirements
  • Managing multiple stakeholder needs, priorities, and expectations
  • Translating business needs into reporting, analytical, and tool requirements
  • Communicating complex information succinctly and clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working independently while collaborating effectively across teams
