Job summary

We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Product Manager – Ruminant Line to help shape and execute our marketing strategy for the Ruminant portfolio.

The ideal candidate will bridge market insight, brand strategy, and field execution, ensuring our products and people are set up to win in the Ruminant market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support Ruminant products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and surveys to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance product differentiation and brand positioning.
  • Finalize and execute the customer engagement plan to drive awareness and sales.
  • Support sales teams with promotional materials and Ruminants product knowledge training.
  • Achieve sales and marketing objectives within assigned targets.

Coordinate and finalize international market research and engagement activities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and consultants.

  • Ensure a successful launch of new Ruminant products within the specified timeline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine.
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Animal Health and Ruminant industry.
  • Experience in sales or technical support within the animal health or pharmaceutical industry is a must.
