Required Skills

A minimum of 4 years of experience with the following skill sets:

Writing application software, data analysis, data access

Data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation

Technical and user documentation, software conversions

Exposure to environments include but are not limited to mainframe, mid range, personal computers, laptops

Lead in the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions

Comprehensive project management experience and excellent verbal/writing skills
