Miniclip is looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst to be based in our Izmir office. This is a full-time and permanent position. Please only apply if you are eligible to work in Izmir, Turkey. Miniclip is looking for a Data Analyst to hire in our İzmir (Turkey) Masomo Gaming Studio.
This position requires working on-site in Izmir.
Duties
This is an exciting role working with a leading digital games and entertainment company. We are looking for a candidate who can uncover added value from our game's data. You will be part of the Data Analytics team and work closely with the Product, Development and Marketing teams of our games. Your responsibilities will include;
- Conduct descriptive analyses that help product owners understand the performance of our games
- and user behaviour.
- Produce reports containing actionable insights and recommendations on areas to improve.
- Use player data to inform the development of new features and measure their success.
- Define data to be collected by the game and assure their quality.
- Report and define A/B tests designed to improve the player experience.
- Drive forward Game Analytics processes and projects.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a sociable and hard-working person who enjoys working in a team. They will be passionate and dedicated about their work, with willingness to accept extra duties as situations arise.
Required Skills
- Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience with an analytical background.
- Comfortable in using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data.
- Proficient in a programming language, with preference to Python.
- Strong statistical and data visualisation skills, Tableau experience is a plus.
- Active usage of LLM tools such as Claude, Chatgpt, Gemini etc.
- Familiarity with data orchestration tools, such as airflow, dagster etc.
- Knowledge of Data modeling concepts.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Ability to clearly communicate insights and present data driven recommendations.
