DRS RADA is a global pioneer of RADAR systems for active military protection, counter-drone applications, critical infrastructure protection, and border surveillance. We are seeking a Global Project Manager to join our growing team.
The position includes leading the operational and professional interface between the company’s global sites, with responsibility for coordinating ongoing activities, managing cross-organizational plans and processes, identifying gaps, and driving solutions to ensure business requirements are met, operational continuity is maintained, and continuous improvement is achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate ongoing activities with global sites.
- Lead S&OP / S&OE processes, including coordination across all relevant interfaces and driving decision-making.
- Manage Material Allocation plans and Inter-site Shipping Plans.
- Own Capacity Analysis globally, including resource utilization, identification of capacity constraints, and planning to ensure business requirements are met.
- Analyze operational gaps, provide management visibility, and lead corrective actions and Continuous Improvement processes.
- Lead professional discussions, track action items, and drive interfaces across local and global teams.
- Work cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Supply Chain, Program Management, Engineering, and Quality.
- Manage multiple interfaces in a global environment, including prioritization, problem-solving, and driving processes forward.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant field.
- Experience in project management or in an operational / supply chain role within a global environment – min 5 Years at global environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-organizational processes.
- Experience with S&OP / S&OE processes – an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Planning, Production, Supply Chain, and Capacity Management processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, gap identification, and presentation of management insights.
- Fluent English, with the ability to lead professional discussions, present topics, and lead meetings in English.
