Position Responsibilities:
- Lead cybersecurity engineering and operations for on-premises, software as a service, platform as a service, cloud infrastructure, storage, systems, and network environments.
- Lead the team in developing cybersecurity operations runbooks and playbooks that define best practices for operational excellence and ensure service delivery adheres to documented standards
- Develop cybersecurity operations strategies and best practices that enable digital business requirements
- Lead the creation and delivery of cybersecurity measures that protect infrastructure security, health, and performance
- Perform oversight of internal teams and managed service providers that support cybersecurity operations
- Partner with senior information technology and business leaders to align security initiatives and roadmaps with enterprise technology strategies
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management or a related technical discipline and 6 plus years of experience implementing and operating cybersecurity tools and processes, managing on-premise or outsourced IT operations with 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 9 plus years of experience in IT infrastructure (servers/workstation), networking, or security operations and 5 plus years of leadership experience
- Demonstrated leadership across complex business and IT organizations
- Demonstrated leadership building and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance for operational security support and administration
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s Degree
- Experience leading a security operations team in multiple business unit environments
- Experience leading organizational and cultural change initiatives
- Experience supporting a global IT security environment
- Security-related experience designing/implementing/administrating Enterprise solutions
