Position OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious and visionary Senior Android Engineer to take ownership of our mobile ecosystem and help scale our applications to the next level. In this role, you won't just write code—you will shape the technical direction of our Android products, mentor talented engineers, and drive developer productivity and engineering velocity from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities• Architectural Leadership: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, resilient, and reusable code using Kotlin, Java, Gradle, and Fastlane.
- End-to-End Ownership: Drive engineering efforts from initial design to implementation, solving complex technical challenges around app performance, modularization, and developer workflow efficiency.
- Product Translation: Partner closely with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements and wireframes into elegant, intuitive, and high-quality user experiences.
- Code Health & Refactoring: Drive key technical decisions, map out refactoring strategies, and champion high code quality, automated testing, and clean architecture.
- Performance & Optimization: Ensure lightning-fast responsiveness, monitor memory management, optimize UI rendering, and swiftly identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
- Mentorship: Act as a technical anchor for the team, guiding best practices in mobile development and elevating overall engineering standards.
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated professional experience in Android mobile application development.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Core Languages & Tools: Deep mastery of Kotlin, Kotlin multi platform KMP, Java, Gradle, and Fastlane.
- Architecture & Patterns: Strong command of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and modern architecture styles (MVVM, MVI).
- Android Ecosystem: Deep expertise in the Android SDK, Android Jetpack components, reactive programming, and Dependency Injection frameworks (e.g., Hilt, Dagger).
- Performance & Concurrency: Proven experience with multithreading, offline storage strategies, UI design principles across diverse screen sizes, and app performance tuning.
- Connectivity & CI/CD: Extensive familiarity with RESTful APIs, open-source Android libraries, Git version control, and continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines.
