TELUS Health is seeking a Systems Analyst II to support our pension administration technology solutions. This role combines technical support, systems analysis, software testing, and operational excellence to help clients effectively manage employee pension programs.
As part of a collaborative and remote-first team, you'll troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, support software enhancements, and partner with implementation and product teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. What You'll Do
- Provide functional and technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions to clients and end users.
- Perform root cause analysis, document findings, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve system, process, and data-related issues.
- Execute unit and regression testing to support software enhancements, releases, and system improvements.
- Manage service requests through ticketing and CRM platforms while ensuring SLA compliance and accurate issue tracking.
- Support client implementations and go-live activities, contributing to successful onboarding and a positive client experience.
What You bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support, technical support, systems analysis, or business application support.
- Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit and regression testing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities in a remote work environment.
Great-to-haves
- Experience supporting Pension Administration Systems, Benefits Administration Platforms, Financial Services or Retirement Platforms
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or workflow management systems.
- Familiarity with SaaS-based software solutions.
- Experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, or system go-lives.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled productivity tools.
Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, experience and location.
