About the Opportunity
As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in delivering actionable financial insights, shaping strategic reporting, and driving innovation through continuous improvement, automation, and AI-enabled forecasting and reporting solutions.

How you'll make an impact (your day-to-day):
- Deliver financial reporting, forecasting and performance insights that enable leaders to make informed decisions and drive strong commercial outcomes across the business.
- Partner with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business to translate complex information into clear narratives, strengthening decision-making through relationship building and customer-focused thinking.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, leverage automation, and apply AI and data literacy to enhance reporting, planning and forecasting capability.
- Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities that connect business strategy with financial outcomes.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to challenge assumptions, assess risks, and provide recommendations that improve performance and business resilience.
- Contribute to a culture of collaborative delivery by sharing knowledge, supporting team capability development, and helping uplift finance ways of working.
