Role Overview We are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead and coordinate assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from start-up through to project closure. In this role, you will be responsible for project performance, deliverables, budget, planning, and stakeholder coordination. Working closely with customers, internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will facilitate technical solutions, coordinate project activities, and ensure projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements, quality and security standards, and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage assigned projects throughout the full project lifecycle from start-up to project closure
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders on project-related topics
- Develop, coordinate, execute, and maintain project plans in line with contractual requirements
- Take responsibility for project performance, deliverables, budget, and timelines
- Facilitate technical solutions and support project team members in resolving technical challenges
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and participate in supplier equipment FATs when required
- Monitor project progress and lead internal status and milestone reviews
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific and internal quality, cybersecurity, and security procedures
- Advise on design changes and assess their potential cost and project impacts
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and facilitate effective communication throughout the project
- Support the resolution of quality and design issues in collaboration with relevant team members
- Participate in project meetings, including international meetings and travel when required
Key Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- PMI PMP or PMI CAPM certification
- Proven experience in project management within the marine or OT industry
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of ERP systems, preferably D365
- General knowledge of cybersecurity
- Structured and systematic approach to planning and execution
- Strong interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate different stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required
