Benefits
Full description
Eneba is a marketplace trusted by 20M+ active users — and we're entering our next phase of scale. We're looking for a designer who doesn't just use AI tools but thinks in them: running research synthesis with AI, accelerating prototyping cycles, and producing handoff-ready specs that engineers can move on immediately.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to be the product partner for our Marketing/User Acquisition and Commerce teams.
This role is ideal for a PM who has shipped a lot for demanding commercial stakeholders and is comfortable giving them a data-grounded no. It’s an enabler seat. Marketing and Commerce lead discovery and strategy, and you make sure the right problems reach the product team in the right shape and then land on time.
What you’ll do
- Go looking for problems before they become tickets. Talk to Marketing, Commerce and back-office users, shadow how they work, and spot friction early.
- Run a single front door for Marketing/UA and Commerce requests, in one backlog everyone can see.
- Dig past reported symptoms to the root cause, and turn unstructured asks into a clear problem statement and testable hypotheses.
- Challenge every ask before it reaches the team. Which metric moves, what’s the evidence, and is there a cheaper way, including not building it at all?
- Size impact against effort with stakeholders and engineering, then merge, reshape or decline low-value requests.
- Run one transparent ranking across both teams and defend the trade-offs openly.
- Scope the smallest version that proves the value with design and engineering, with clear specs and acceptance criteria.
- Own delivery end-to-end: unblock the team, manage dependencies and hold dates.
- Keep stakeholders informed about what’s in flight, what’s next and why something was deprioritised, so there are no surprises.
- Define a success metric for every request, read out post-release impact against it, and feed the result into the next round of prioritisation.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years as a PM shipping cross-team work on time with engineering and design for demanding business stakeholders.
- Root-cause thinking, with concrete examples of turning a stakeholder’s stated solution into the real problem and a better fix.
- A track record of challenging stakeholder requests and redirecting effort towards higher-impact work.
- Experience prioritising competing demands from two or more business teams.
- Proactive discovery habits: you find problems by talking to and shadowing internal users rather than waiting for tickets.
- Ownership of outcome metrics, not just output. You can give baseline, target and actual on requests you’ve personally shipped.
- AI-native ways of working. You use AI daily for specs, analysis, synthesis and stakeholder updates, and can show us how.
- Clear, concise written and spoken English, because stakeholder communication is half this job.
Nice to have
- An e-commerce or marketplace background.
- Working knowledge of SEO, performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Experience in digital goods or gaming.
- Experience in a lean, fast-moving product team.
- Comfort partnering with business teams who own discovery, where your job is turning their priorities into shipped outcomes rather than writing the growth strategy yourself.
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
Please attach CV's in English.
