As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Healthcare Payments, you play a key role in supporting the solutioning process for complex client opportunities, contributing to comprehensive product solutions that drive technical adoption and client value. Leveraging product knowledge, client feedback, and cross-functional input, you support solution design, adaptation, and documentation.

Job responsibilities
- Execute the configuration and modification of the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to address complex client use cases.
- Develop training materials and collateral to support Revenue teams.
- Oversee the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to help the Solutions team deliver impactful solutions.
- Engage with technical roles on client teams to field and answer product-related queries.
- Apply a consultative approach with clients, assisting in understanding their current and future needs, and guiding them through complex technical decisions, best practices, and architectural standards.
- Support detailed solution design documentation (e.g., Project Charters or Statements of Work) by gathering client objectives, technical requirements, project complexity, and desired outcomes, while identifying implementation risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with key internal partners in Banking, Treasury, Client Solutions, Operations, and Product Management to build and maintain effective working relationships.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Success requires a strong ability to understand and navigate clients through change - aligning objectives, environments, resources and timelines to document and deliver an effective solution addressing the problems faced in today’s healthcare payments industry.
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
- Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
- Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
- Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
- Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills across various scenarios, seeking guidance when needed.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong analytical skills with an interest in understanding system integrations and how different technologies work together.
- Demonstrated success with client facing execution - working directly with enterprise clients to close deals and deliver large-scale projects.
- Proficient technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including revenue cycle management, treasury, banking, and patient accounting/financial systems.
- Proficient technical knowledge of healthcare payments, integration methods, APIs, and related products, with exposure to the healthcare payments sales cycle.
- Experience working at a payments or healthcare IT company.
