Summary
We are seeking a highly hands-on Senior Technical Architect, Integrations & Data Readiness Solutions to lead the architecture, implementation, and enablement of enterprise integration and data readiness capabilities across Lantheus. This role will connect enterprise systems, platforms, data products, analytics, and AI-ready data foundations so that business teams can access trusted, governed, high-quality data through best-in-class reporting, dashboarding, self-service, and natural-language query experiences.
Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Establish and lead enterprise integration and data readiness capabilities, including architecture standards, governance frameworks, delivery processes, intake management, prioritization, value tracking, and reusable implementation patterns.
- Identify, prioritize, and execute integration and data opportunities across business functions, translating business needs and pain points into scalable solutions with measurable outcomes and business value.
- Architect and implement modern data ecosystems, including data products, data marketplaces, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, semantic layers, and AI-ready data assets that enable enterprise-wide data reuse and accessibility.
- Drive data governance and Master Data Management (MDM) strategies, ensuring data quality, lineage, metadata management, stewardship, security, privacy, compliance, and trusted enterprise data across operational, analytical, and AI use cases.
- Enable data democratization, self-service analytics, reporting, dashboards, natural-language querying, and AI-driven insights through connected, governed, and reusable data platforms.
- Develop enterprise-wide training, data literacy, enablement, and organizational change management programs to accelerate adoption of integration, governance, data products, marketplaces, and analytics capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership through architecture, hands-on delivery, agile release management, portfolio prioritization, mentoring, and strong collaboration with business leaders, architects, system owners, and cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, establish sustainable operating and cost models, and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, disciplined execution, and measurable value realization across run, grow, and transform initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive hands-on experience across enterprise integrations, data platforms, data readiness, analytics enablement, governance, AI-ready data foundations, and solution delivery.
- Strong working knowledge of leading integration and data platforms including Informatica IDMC, Informatica PowerCenter, SAP BTP, SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Databricks, Snowflake, SAP HANA EDW, Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, Starburst, and comparable enterprise technologies.
- Hands-on implementation expertise designing, building, and operationalizing data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures in Databricks and Snowflake for Commercial, R&D, TechOps, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, G&A and other functional domains, including ingestion, transformation, modeling, governance, performance optimization, security, and production support.
- Expert-level experience connecting enterprise data and information across SAP, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Veeva PromoMats, Veeva MedComms, clinical trial management systems, electronic data capture, regulatory information management, and functional Commercial, R&D, and TechOps data lake and data warehouse environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required, master’s preferred.

The pay range for this position is between $139,000 and 232,000 annually.
Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
