About the Role

Join Essity's Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) team and play a key role in connecting business stakeholders with technical experts. As an IT Business Analyst, you will work closely with manufacturing sites worldwide to understand operational needs, translate them into clear requirements, and support the delivery of digital solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and business performance.

You will be part of an international team supporting the Proficy MES solution and collaborating with stakeholders across factory operations, digitalization, and IT.

What You Will Do

• Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and solution specifications.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical teams to identify needs, opportunities, and priorities.

• Solution Development: Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and requirements.

• Project & Delivery Support: Contribute to project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, testing coordination, and successful solution deployment.

• Business Transformation: Support process improvements, change management activities, user training, and the adoption of future-state ways of working.

• Application & Service Support: Assist with user requests, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supported application landscape.

• Digital Innovation: Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance manufacturing performance and business outcomes.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.

• Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous.

• Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and project coordination skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge constructively.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Ability to travel internationally.
