Full description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce TOSCA Automation Engineer with 4+ years of expertise in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tricentis TOSCA, strong knowledge of Salesforce applications, and experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks. The role involves executing end-to-end testing activities, identifying defects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of highquality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Tricentis TOSCA.
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform Functional, Regression, System, and End-to-End Integration Testing.
  • Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders throughout the software

development lifecycle.

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and

retrospectives.

  • Ensure quality standards are met by performing comprehensive test execution and reporting

results.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing

best practices.

  • Support release validation and deployment activities to ensure successful production releases.

Requirements

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Salesforce QA Automation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Tricentis TOSCA for automation framework development and script creation.
  • Experience in automated test execution and script maintenance using TOSCA.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and testing methodologies.
  • Experience in End-to-End Integration Testing.
  • Proven experience working as a Testing Lead or Senior QA Engineer in complex project environments.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and conduct effective technical discussions with clients, peers, and senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps, test management, and automation tools.
  • ISEB/ISTQB Tester Certification is preferred.
  • Experience working in service management environments.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce release management and deployment processes.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Strong commitment to quality, continuous learning, and process improvement.
