We are seeking an experienced Remote Application Systems Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and supporting critical business applications data processes, and technology infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide technical support and resolve application, system, and communication issues for internal users and clients.
  • Manage user accounts, system access, and security permissions to maintain data confidentiality and system integrity.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain business applications, interfaces, and data processing workflows.
  • Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective solutions.
  • Document business processes, technical procedures, system changes, and user instructions.
  • Coordinate the timely processing and delivery of client data files and system-generated deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support application development initiatives.
  • Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of business information systems.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor system access points and report potential security risks or compliance concerns.
  • Assist with client onboarding, user training, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, vendors, and industry partners while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage competing priorities and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in application support, systems analysis, information technology, or a related field.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical education or certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with the FACS platform, including Enable, Report Writer, Event Tactics, and Logic Blocks preferred.
  • Working knowledge of application security principles and data protection best practices.
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), CEH, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
  • Knowledge of FDCPA, FCCPA/FCCCPA, and FCRA regulations is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated customer-service mindset and ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Work-From-Home Requirements:

  • Must reside in: AZ, FL, GA, MO, MS, NC, NE, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, or VA
  • Quiet, private workspace
  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) with ability to hardwire ethernet cable from modem to computer
  • Wi-Fi and hotspots are not supported
  • Must meet tech requirements before training begins
