Challenge yourself and make a difference – it all starts here. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is creative, highly organised and a confident communicator.

The Role

You’ll be a key part of RAA’s in-house creative agency, turning big ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand work. One day it’s a campaign across print, digital and video. The next it’s motion graphics for our members or a brand template the whole business can use.

You’ll also:

  • Be a trusted creative partner to teams across RAA, guiding them with clear direction and rationale

  • Look after our brand standards and review work from external agencies

  • Juggle multiple briefs and keep stakeholders in the loop

  • Explore generative AI, motion and emerging design tools, and show us what’s next

About You

You’re a collaborative, resilient creative who enjoys working in a high-performing culture. You’ll bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communications or a related field

  • 3+ years’ professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency

  • A portfolio showing print, digital and motion work

  • Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and working knowledge of Figma

  • Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or the aptitude to build them quickly

  • Hands-on interest in generative AI design tools

  • Strong pre-press and colour management knowledge

  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
