Job Title: Automotive Technical Support and Training Engineer

Job Overview:

As an Automotive Technical Support and Training Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and training to our customers and employees. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a thorough understanding of our products and are able to use them effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for training our employees on the latest automotive technologies and procedures to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products

- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers

- Develop and maintain training materials and manuals

- Train employees on new automotive technologies and procedures

- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and incorporate them into training programs

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions

- Participate in product development and testing to provide feedback on technical aspects

- Travel to customer sites for on-site technical support and training as needed

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues

- Provide technical support during product launches and events

- Assist with developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or training in the automotive industry

- Strong knowledge of automotive technology and systems

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed
