We are searching for the best talent for these 2 positions of Data Product Manager Position, based in São Paulo, Mexico City or Bogotá.
This is a mid-level Data Product Manager to join our team, owning the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data and reporting products for LATAM teams. This role operates within a hybrid Business/IT governance model, working closely with Data Leaders, Tech Leads, and a dedicated engineering squad to translate business needs into scalable, high-value data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the domain/data-context product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization in partnership with business stakeholders and the technical team.
- Refine business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable user stories in Jira; act as the bridge between business needs and engineering execution.
- Participate in daily ceremonies, unblock business-related dependencies, and support the team on complex or escalated demands.
- Lead weekly roadmap alignment with Data Leaders and Tech Leads; continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog; support sprint planning.
- Contribute to key product rituals (Planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, sprint reviews) and collaborate with peer PMs.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor´s Degree
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally with data, analytics, or BI products.
- Solid experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, comfortable engaging both business and engineering audiences.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills and autonomy to drive discovery-to-delivery cycles.
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced leve of Spanish is highly desirable
