Full description

This position will be responsible for providing operational support for the Strategy & Business Intelligence team at SCOR, including but not limited to: assembly, analysis and support in the reconciliation and reporting of new business financials; support for Strategy functions and client-facing objectives, along with support of overall US New Busienss initiatives. The exact form this takes will be determined at the point of hire depending on the most pressing needs of the team and the appropriateness of work for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Client Solutions and Strategy teams to ensure the objectives of a given assignment are clear
  • Ensure the objectives of assigned tasks are achieved with a high degree of quality
  • Create and maintain datasets, meeting documentation and new business analysis as needed
  • Participate in team meetings such as the daily stand-up and sprint retrospectives
  • Provide weekly status updates to the hiring manager
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate business track, preferably Risk Management, Economics or Finance
  • Prior work experience in financial services a plus
  • Finance, Risk Management, Actuarial or Economics background
  • Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft tools and Tableau preferred

Pay Range for roles performed in Charlotte: $22.00-$24.00 hourly rate. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, role and performance. The range listed is just one component of SCOR's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long term incentives.
