About the role

The L3 Support Engineer will handle escalations from the IT helpdesk and provide support to the Senior Engineer on various projects. They are responsible for administering Windows Server environments and managing M365 configurations and deployments.

  • Take ownership of projects, reporting to your Senior Engineer
  • Handle escalations from the IT helpdesk
  • Support the Senior Engineer on project work and cover him during leave or absence
  • Demonstrate strong M365 configuration and deployment experience
  • Bring strong networking and routing skills
  • Administer and deploy Windows Server environments
  • Ideally, bring some cyber security experience
