- Analyse product usage data and user behaviour across GX's product suite to generate actionable insights that drive product decisions and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that give the Product and Commercial teams clear visibility of key performance metrics
- Partner closely with VP, Analytics to define success metrics for new features and initiatives, and track performance post-launch
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research – including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis – to identify friction points and opportunities in GX's product
- Work with the Data and Engineering teams to ensure product analytics infrastructure is robust, reliable, and scalable
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the Commercial team with data-driven insights to underpin client conversations, pricing strategy, and market positioning
- Identify opportunities for new product features or enhancements to existing indexes based on market trends and client feedback
- Develop and integrate AI into daily workflows to optimise efficiencies

- 2–5 years in a business analyst, data analyst, or product analyst role, ideally in a B2B SaaS or data-driven environment
- Demonstrable experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a data analyst role, ideally in a fast-paced technology or financial data environment
- Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with large datasets; experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is a plus
- Strong numerical ability and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving
- Accuracy and attention to detail are exceptional
- Clear communicator with the confidence to present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with an interest in commodity markets and financial data
- Collaborative by nature, able to work across Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Pricing teams
- Committed to consistently demonstrating professionalism with colleagues, customers, and the public to positively represent GX
