We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Digital Technology team supporting web-based application delivery across a global manufacturing organization. This role is critical in enabling scalable, high-quality digital solutions across a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment where multiple teams operate concurrently within Program Increments (PIs).
You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment of priorities, and successful delivery of innovative digital capabilities.
JOB DUTIES:
- Requirements & Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to elicit, analyze, and document requirements across digital platforms.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, features, and epics within Jira.
- Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams, including:• Graphic Design
- Shopify (Web & Custom App Development)
- Middleware (Informatica, SAP CPI)
- React Front-End Development
- SAP ERP & Salesforce (SFDC)
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Quality Assurance
- Act as a key liaison ensuring all teams understand requirements and dependencies.
- Agile Execution (SAFe)
- Actively participate in PI Planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support parallel team execution by managing dependencies and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Track progress and proactively identify risks or gaps impacting delivery timelines.
- Documentation & Visualization
- Create detailed process flows, system diagrams, and data mappings using Draw.io and Confluence.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation to support development, QA, and ongoing support teams.
- Quality & Delivery
- Partner closely with QA teams to ensure acceptance criteria are clear and test coverage is comprehensive.
- Validate that delivered solutions meet business intent and quality standards.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Strong experience working in SAFe or Agile environments with multiple concurrent teams.
- Hands-on expertise with:• Atlassian Jira (epics, features, stories, backlog management)
- Confluence (documentation and collaboration)
- Draw.io (process flows, architecture diagrams, data flows)
- Experience working across multi-system ecosystems, including eCommerce and enterprise systems.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams across time zones.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
