• Develop, maintain, and improve automated test scripts for web user interfaces and backend APIs.

• Help define and implement processes for managing non-production test data, test accounts, test assets, and testing environments.

• Create, execute, and maintain automated functional, integration, and regression test suites.

• Review test results, identify and document defects, and support troubleshooting and defect-resolution efforts.

• Assist with validating new features, bug fixes, and software releases against requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Contribute to documentation covering testing approaches, standards, frameworks, test cases, and test data management practices.

• Work with existing automation tools and frameworks while helping expand test coverage across key platform workflows.

• Participate in team ceremonies, planning discussions, test reviews, and release-readiness activities.

• Share findings, risks, and recommendations clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Coursework, academic projects, or practical experience using a programming language such as Python, JavaScript, C#, Java, or a similar language.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, seek guidance when needed, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Interest in test automation, APIs, web applications, quality engineering, and reliable software delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to automated testing tools or frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.

• Experience with source control tools such as Git.
