Job Overview
Software Finder is seeking an experienced and impact-driven Product Manager – AI to own our portfolio of production AI products, including conversational AI agents, workflow automation solutions, and internal AI platforms used across the organization.
You will work at the intersection of business stakeholders and AI Engineering, owning the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements definition to delivery coordination, release approval, adoption, and impact measurement. This is an AI-native product role where you will define not only features but also agent behaviour, guardrails, evaluation criteria, and human-in-the-loop workflows. You will be accountable for ensuring that AI products achieve meaningful adoption and deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the roadmap for conversational AI agents, workflow automation products, and internal AI platforms.
- Conduct product discovery with internal departments and customer-facing teams to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Translate ambiguous business challenges into clear, practical, and measurable AI product requirements.
- Develop detailed product specifications covering:
- Agent behaviour and expected outcomes
- Guardrails and risk controls
- Escalation paths
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Evaluation and acceptance criteria
- Define, track, and report product success metrics, including:
- Output quality and accuracy
- Automation coverage
- Product adoption and usage
- Cost per interaction
- Conversion improvement and cost savings
- Prioritize the product backlog across competing departmental requirements.
- Coordinate release planning and delivery timelines with AI Engineering.
- Own the AI evaluation and quality-assurance process by defining test cases, reviewing agent outputs, and approving releases.
- Drive product adoption and change management through training, stakeholder engagement, feedback collection, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor user feedback and ensure reported issues and improvement opportunities are incorporated into the roadmap.
- Present portfolio performance to leadership, covering usage, quality, cost, adoption, and business impact.
- Monitor developments in AI models, tools, frameworks, and competitive capabilities to inform product strategy.
- Ensure AI products are designed and deployed responsibly, with appropriate privacy, security, and governance considerations.
- Perform additional AI product management and technology-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Product Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of product management experience, including at least 1–2 years working with AI/ML-powered or data-intensive products.
- Proven experience translating ambiguous business problems into products that were successfully launched and adopted.
- Working knowledge of LLM-based product development, including:
- Prompt engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI agents and workflows
- Model evaluation and output-quality assessment
- Ability to define meaningful AI requirements and evaluate technical trade-offs without directly building the solution.
- Experience defining, instrumenting, analysing, and reporting product metrics.
- Strong understanding of product adoption, funnel performance, output quality, and business-impact measurement.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product delivery with engineering and business teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical requirements to engineers and business value to stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SQL or analytics tools for independently accessing and analysing basic product data.
- Strong prioritization, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work onsite in Lahore from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, prompt-design techniques, or agent frameworks.
- Experience managing conversational AI or voice AI products.
- Experience working with internal platforms, enterprise tools, or B2B products.
- Proven ability to drive adoption and change management for new tools and working practices.
- Technical education, previous engineering experience, or the ability to collaborate deeply with technical teams.
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles, privacy requirements, and model-risk management.
- Understanding of experimentation methods, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
