Full description

We’re looking for a Senior Java / Kotlin Developer to join an experienced engineering team in Oslo, building and developing modern, scalable backend systems. You’ll work hands-on with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot in a modern cloud-native environment, contributing to high-quality services and technical solutions alongside experienced engineers.

Must Haves:

5+ years’ professional software development experience

Strong experience with Java and/or Kotlin

Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot

Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or Oracle

Experience with Kafka

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Native/fluent Norwegian

Currently based in Oslo

Norwegian citizenship required

Nice to Haves:

Experience building highly scalable backend systems

Strong understanding of microservices and distributed architectures

Experience working in cloud-native environments

Experience taking ownership of services from development through to production

Comfortable contributing to architecture and technical decision-making
