At Ibis Solutions, we are looking for an experienced Delivery & Operations Manager to lead how we deliver technology solutions to our clients and manage the shared operational capabilities that support our business.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who combines strong IT delivery experience, technical understanding and people leadership — and enjoys bringing structure to complexity, connecting teams and building modern, efficient and scalable ways of working.
Your role
You will take ownership of our company-wide delivery and operations model, ensuring high-quality, predictable project execution and reliable internal technology operations.
You will lead our Project Delivery Coordination, Internal IT, Infrastructure & Operations and DevOps capabilities, working closely with technical leaders, Solution Architecture and Commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Drive delivery excellence across our project portfolio, ensuring quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Lead shared technology operations, including Internal IT, infrastructure and DevOps, supporting both engineering teams and client delivery.
- Optimize resources, capacities and priorities across projects and technical functions.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery standards, governance, workflows and quality practices.
- Lead and develop people, strengthening ownership, collaboration and accountability.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and escalations.
- Use data, KPIs, AI and automation to improve delivery performance, operational efficiency and profitability.
- Support presales and project planning, connecting commercial commitments with delivery capabilities.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of IT experience, including leadership of complex projects or multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Strong experience in project, program or portfolio management within software development, enterprise solutions or system integration.
- Solid technical understanding of software engineering, IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, DevOps and IT operations.
- Experience managing shared resources in a multi-project environment.
- Proven ability to build efficient processes, develop people and improve organizational performance.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, structured mindset and genuine enthusiasm for modern technologies and smarter ways of working.
