We are seeking to welcome a qualified and dynamic Business Analyst for Corporate Digital Banking reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation.
Main responsibilities:
· Work closely with banking stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for business digital products (e.g., business onboarding, bulk payments, multi-user access with role-based permissions, approval hierarchies for business accounts, business card management etc). They ensure that all requirements are captured in a reference document and effectively communicated to the development team and stakeholders.
· Map,design, document and optimize corporate banking workflows, ensuring compliance with internal governance and regulatory standards. Identify automation opportunities for high-volume corporate transactions.
· Ensure that requirements are mapped clearly to the identified business goals. This involves analyzing and identifying risks related to corporate digital banking implementations, dependencies, and changing needs.
· Break down complex corporate banking processes into manageable user stories and acceptance criteria. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
· Prepare test cases for corporate banking features, ensuring completeness and accuracy in transaction flows, reporting functionalities etc.
· Support with execution of the test cases and documentation of the results.
· Determine functional and non-functional requirements by analyzing the business needs and aligning them with business objectives.
· Analyze project activities for possible breaches in business needs and inadequacies in solution delivery.
They ensure that the project implementer have every detail they require to create and implement processes. and solutions.
· Plays a central role in identifying what is truly valuable, what does not add value, and facilitates the learning and communication needed to continually deliver the right value.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure there is a shared understanding of the need, identify and prioritize requirements that will meet the need.
· Works collaboratively with both business and IT teams to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and requirements, with the ultimate goal of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
· Identify risks related to corporate digital banking implementations, including regulatory compliance, data security, and integration dependencies.
· Provides coaching to the team during an iteration include facilitating collaboration, generating, examples, transferring knowledge.
Requirements
Competencies / Skills:
- Graduated in computers
sciences/economics informatics or related studies.
- Minimum 1+
years in business analysis, preferably in corporate banking or financial services.
- Familiarity with requirements
techniques such as, user stories, use cases etc.
- Expertise in
business process mapping and requirements management.
- Expertise in conceptual modeling;
ability to see the big picture and envision possible solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and communication
skills.
- Quick learner, able to
work independently with limited supervision.
- Team player – positive,
committed and willing to pitch in and help others when needed.
- Competences with various Agile methods,
frameworks, tools and strong practical experience with those methods.
