Could you be the full-time Engineering Data Analyst in Cluj-Napoca, Romania we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your curiosity and learning drive in a new cutting-edge field and work alongside young, motivated, united, and funny teammates.

You’ll support process development initiatives and projects in your assigned area, support the Team Lead to increase the performance of the Global Data Shared Services team in alignment with the SLA requirements and you’ll need to ensure an effective communication towards all Business Partners and Stakeholders.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensures the governance Orchestra and Service now request, and maintenance in ERP platform for Material Master data for Parts;
  • Ensures a proper documentation of processes , SOP update and performed task and control points as per Bussines Process (BAU) complying with agreed SLA;
  • Support and recommend streamlined standard processes improvement in alignment with Stakeholders;
  • Participate in projects and new tool implementation (based on Tibco EBX )supporting in UAT Process;
  • Prepare dashboards and audit summary reports for review;
  • Train the KU and new joiners in the team and support in getting him/her up to speed on BAU.
  • Ability to challenge status quo & improve ways of working, result driven, ability to work independently;
  • Good team player that will always display Alstom values.

  • Degree Education: Graduated from Engineering, Technology or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role;
  • Working hours will be from 7:30 AM until 8 PM , with requirement to start late and finish at 8PM;
  • PC literate (Microsoft Office tools);
  • ERP usage;
  • Advanced level of English language.
