Everforth ECS is seeking a Project Manager to work in our Fairfax, VA corporate office and Springfield, VA customer site. This role combines technical project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution across emerging technology programs focused on AI/ML innovation, Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud modernization, data management, and mission-focused systems integration.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility environments and is comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams, government stakeholders, and industry partners. This position supports a fast-moving data platform and management effort while leading multiple special projects that evolve based on mission priorities.
This is a hybrid role with onsite support expected in Fairfax, VA and Springfield, VA at least three days per week, with flexibility based on project and customer needs. Portions of the work may be conducted within a classified SCIF environment.
Salary Range: $100,000-150,000

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7+ years of project or program management experience supporting technical, defense, R&D, or government programs.
- Lead and manage multiple technical and operational projects supporting AI/ML initiatives, data management platforms, cloud modernization, and emerging technology integration.
- Translate high-level mission objectives into executable project plans, schedules, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate and facilitate project kickoff meetings, technical exchange meetings, customer briefings, and recurring status meetings.
- Track project priorities, risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Support customer engagements and technical discussions to identify mission needs, operational gaps, and data requirements.
- Partner with technical leads, engineers, cloud specialists, AI/ML teams, and government stakeholders to drive successful project execution.
- Assist with resolving blockers and aligning cross-functional teams around project goals and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, action trackers, and technical delivery milestones.
- Support cloud onboarding workflows, secure tenant deployments, and adoption planning efforts.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and external partners supporting assigned projects.
- Monitor and report project metrics, resource needs, and program performance.
- Adapt quickly to evolving mission priorities and support rapidly changing customer requirements.
