Job Description

Position Overview 

The Senior HRBP Supervisor manages day-to-day people operations and strategic HR initiatives .This role will assist Country HRBP bridges site-level needs with global business goals, ensuring workforce optimization, strong workplace relations, and data-driven HR solutions within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Partnering: Serve as the primary HR contact for Department Heads (HODs); provide leadership coaching, strategic counsel, and resolve complex people issues on the manufacturing floor.
  • Workforce & Org Management: Oversee headcount budgeting, structure changes, and coordinate manpower sourcing to ensure optimal labor availability for production lines.
  • Performance & Talent: Drive performance management cycles, execution of employee development roadmaps, and succession planning.
  • HR Projects & Presentations: Execute local and regional HR initiatives, translating HR metrics into corporate presentations for leadership alignment.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as an HRBP or in a similar role. A solid background working within a unionaize  manufacturing environment is required.
  • Preferred Background: Alumni of a Global Graduate Program or candidates with formal HR  internship/work experience within a global/multinational company are highly preferred.

Candidates must demonstrate absolute excellence in stakeholder management, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate a complex, global matrix organization.

You must possess professional English proficiency alongside exceptional presentation skills to clearly pitch data-driven strategies to regional stakeholders.

Finally, you must be highly tech-savvy and data-fluent, featuring expert-level mastery of MS Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards) combined with the practical capability to leverage AI tools to automate HR workflows.
