Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for Creatio CRM Developers to join our growing technology team. If you have a mind that creates solutions instead of problems, enjoy working with modern enterprise platforms, and are passionate about delivering business value through technology, we're looking for you.

Previous Creatio experience is welcome but not required. We are primarily looking for strong software engineers who are eager to learn the Creatio platform and grow their expertise in low-code and pro-code development.

You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and business models, helping accelerate your career growth and professional development while working on large-scale CRM and business process transformation programs.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
• Experience with JavaScript
• Good understanding of SQL databases and data modeling
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
• Basic understanding of OData integrations
• Experience with Git and version control best practices
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts
• Understanding of clean code principles and software engineering best practices
• Knowledge of software design patterns and enterprise application architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and proactive attitude
• Willingness to learn and become certified in Creatio within the first year
• Communicating in English at a B2 level or higher
• EU citizenship or valid work permit to work in Poland is required
• Experience with CRM platforms, BPM tools, or low-code platforms will be considered a strong advantage.

Your future role

• Work closely with Technical Architects, Solution Architects, and business teams to deliver high-quality CRM solutions
• Configure, develop, test, and deploy solutions on the Creatio platform
• Participate in implementations involving Sales Creatio, Service Creatio, BPM, and Customer Workflow Automation
• Develop custom business logic using C# and JavaScript
• Build reusable components and integrations with enterprise systems
• Develop interfaces using REST APIs and OData services
• Support solution testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
• Participate in code reviews and development best-practice initiatives
• Continuously expand your Creatio platform expertise and technical skills
