Build the engineering backbone of Asia's healthcare infrastructure.

Cielo is working with one of Asia's largest healthcare services groups to build a new product team in Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description

We're hiring product people across a range of levels, from those growing into full product ownership to senior product managers who partner closely with commercial teams on major product areas. Those areas include e-commerce, data and BI products, patient solutions, and internal applications. You'd act as the bridge between commercial stakeholders and delivery, including external technology partners.

Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Genuine product owners who have taken data or digital products from concept to launch
  • Confidence with the modern data stack: GCP, BigQuery, Vertex AI, Looker and Power BI
  • Familiarity with AI and LLM product development
  • Strong Agile and product-ownership craft: Jira, Confluence, backlog and stakeholder management
  • Experience owning delivery through external vendors and integration partners, holding them to specs and timelines
  • Hands-on operators who can bridge business and engineering, and work with independence

Experience in healthcare, pharma distribution or B2B e-commerce is an advantage, and we welcome strong candidates from other sectors. What matters most is a real product mindset, technical fluency, and drive.
