🛠️ Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transportation costs, pricing, margins, and profitability by route, trip, and customer to support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring financial discipline and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Transform, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and automate executive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems to provide actionable insights to leadership.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, treasury, purchasing, or related functions.
  • Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, forecasting, data validation, and data analysis; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar).
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills; intermediate to advanced English is preferred.
