Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with strong skills in Tableau Desktop, SQL, data analysis, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance enterprise-level Tableau dashboards.
  • Build interactive dashboards using LOD expressions, parameter actions, joins, and relationships.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries, preferably in PostgreSQL.
  • Work with MongoDB/NoSQL databases.
  • Troubleshoot data quality and Tableau performance issues.
  • Test, validate, and maintain dashboards.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum environments and document technical changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's + 7 years, Master's + 5 years, or 13+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong Tableau and SQL experience.
  • PostgreSQL and MongoDB experience preferred.
  • Strong data visualization and UX/UI skills.
  • Ability to work independently and translate requirements into dashboards.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred: Snowflake/cloud data warehouse, government/public-sector experience, Tableau certification.
