Capgemini Financial Services is seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst Product Owner to support strategic CRM transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector The successful candidate will bring deep Salesforce delivery expertise strong business analysis capabilities and product ownership experience to define shape and deliver business critical Salesforce solutions

Hybrid working:

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role:

  • Act as the Product Owner and Technical Business Analyst for Salesforce CRM transformation programmes within Financial Services
  • Define and communicate product vision strategy roadmap and target operating model aligned to business objectives
  • Engage with senior business stakeholders and SMEs to shape and agree feature level vision priorities benefits and outcomes
  • Lead requirements gathering process mapping and discovery workshops independently
  • Translate business strategy and customer journey requirements into well-defined Epics Features User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
  • Own refine and prioritize the product backlog to ensure maximum business value and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and delivery teams to design scalable and sustainable solutions
  • Identify manage and communicate cross-functional dependencies risks and impacts across business and technology teams
  • Support Agile ceremonies sprint planning backlog refinement demonstrations UAT and release planning activities
  • Ensure solutions align with governance standards regulatory requirements and organizational ways of working
  • Drive continuous improvement across business processes customer journeys and Salesforce platform capabilities

Your Skills:

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Technical Business Analyst Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector
  • Deep Salesforce CRM delivery expertise including largescale transformation programmes
  • Proven ability to define product vision strategy target operating model and roadmap for business transformation initiatives
