About the Position:
Hiring a Senior Project Manager, responsible for guiding the end-to-end execution of high-impact projects. You will lead and develop Project Managers, oversee project financials, and ensure alignment between business objectives and project outcomes. Serving as a key leader, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage resources at scale, and ensure consistent, high-quality project delivery.
Requirements:
- Prior experience managing individual mechanical construction projects exceeding $5MM and portfolios greater than $15MM.
• Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with labor unions and continuously enhance management relations and operational efficiencies. • High degree of integrity, with enthusiasm and willingness to represent the company in professional, charitable, and community organizations. • Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
