What you’ll do

  • Lead collaboration with tech leads to design and implement sustainable software architecture.
  • Establish engineering processes that prioritize maintainability, quality, and smooth delivery.
  • Get hands-on with building key parts of the solution alongside the development team.
  • Partner with clients to translate business requirements into viable technical solutions.
  • Drive strategic architecture decisions that align technical execution with business goals.
  • Empower the development team, create clarity in the architecture decision-making process.

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience as a Software Architect.
  • Strong background in software development with experience in Java, Angular, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with leading technical decision-making.
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with clients and development teams.
  • Fluency in Estonian and English.

Salary range: 5500-6500€ gross/monthly (full-time). Final compensation will depend on factors such as relevant experience, role seniority, and skill set.
