Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Developer, you should be comfortable working on coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Design client-side and server-side architecture

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

• Write effective APIs

• Write effective Junit mockito cases.

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Create security and data protection settings

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

• Write technical documentation

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience of 6-8 years as a Java Developer or similar role

• Retail with POS (Point Of Sale) domain experience is preferred.

• 2 years of GK Experience is added benefit

• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications

• Excellent communication, teamwork skills and prompt articulation is mandatory

• Experience writing the JUnit/Mockito test cases.

• Great attention to detail

• Organizational skills

• An analytical mind

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design

• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

• Write effective APIs

• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency

• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software

• Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design

• Write technical documentation

• Willingness to train junior developers in the team.

• Should work along with Team lead for the development of the team.

• AI tools usage and building applications with AI guidance.

Must Have Skills: Core Java, Spring Boot, Eclipse IDE, Jenkins, APIs development, Hibernate, SQLServer, JUNIT/Mockito Test Cases,

Added Advantage:

Understanding and Speaking of Spanish language.

Retail (Point Of Sale) domain experience.

A minimum of 2 years practical development experience in working with GK organization

Passport details are mandatory.

Desired Skills

Pojo (Plain Old Java Object), Maven build command line experience,

Knowledge on Databases like MySQL / MS SQL Server / Postgresql

Junit/Mockito Test cases.

Formal Education & Certification

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Computer Systems Management, Mathematics) or equivalent experience.
