Based on our office in Rome we are hiring a:
Business Analyst & Digital Transformation (m/w/d)
In this role you will help shape the future of our commercial organization by identifying improvement opportunities and leading strategic initiatives that optimize processes, accelerate digital transformation, and improve business performance.
Working at the intersection of Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence, you will bridge business needs with digital solutions, translating complex challenges into scalable initiatives that deliver measurable business results.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead Strategic Projects: Drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational improvement opportunities, implement scalable process and technology solutions, and measure their impact against defined KPIs.
• Enable Data-Driven Decisions: Develop analyses, dashboards, and KPI frameworks that support operational excellence and management decision-making.
• Technology Enablement: Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and drive the implementation of new CRM and commercial system capabilities.
• Drive Automation & Innovation: Leverage automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions to simplify processes and improve operational performance.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner closely with international Operations, Sales, Recruiting, Training, Marketing, and Technology teams to deliver business solutions.
• Business Performance & Insights: Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support business decisions and continuous performance improvement.
Your profile:
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, project management, or a comparable analytical role.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a curious, proactive, and hands-on mindset.
• Affinity for technology, data, and process optimization; experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM platforms is an advantage, but curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new technologies are more important.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
