More.com offers a pan-European ticketing marketplace with 15 years of experience, thousands of clients, and millions of tickets issued annually. In 2021, More.com started expanding its ticketing services in Europe and is currently present in 6 countries.

The Team

Our Product team develops and continuously improves More.com's ticketing platform, working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional experiences for customers and event organizers. We operate as builders—embracing AI-assisted workflows, experimentation and collaboration to turn ideas into valuable product outcomes.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Marousi, Athens, reporting to the Head of Product. You will own one or more product domains across More.com's international web platforms, translating business objectives into product initiatives and leading execution from discovery to delivery. You will work cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes while mentoring junior product team members.

  • Own the execution and continuous evolution of one or more product domains, ensuring alignment with the overall product direction.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable product initiatives, priorities and delivery plans.
  • Lead product discovery through customer research, analytics and validation of opportunities.
  • Prioritize the product backlog and make day-to-day product decisions within your domain.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Marketing and QA to deliver high-impact product increments.
  • Drive experimentation through A/B testing, analytics and user feedback to optimise customer experience and business performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial impact.
  • Define success metrics for your product area and monitor product performance after launch.
  • Coach and support Junior Product Managers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
  • Champion AI-assisted product development by leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate discovery, documentation and execution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience in digital products, SaaS, e-commerce, marketplaces or consumer technology.
  • Proven experience owning a product area and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong experience with Agile product development and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using product analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel or Amplitude.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring Product Managers or leading complex product initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered product workflows and tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or Lovable.
