💼Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support initiatives that introduce new products, services, system enhancements, and process improvements aligned with business goals and member needs.
  • Analyze business processes, member experiences, and operational workflows to identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, automation, and service delivery to membership.
  • Support and enhance core banking and integrated systems by troubleshooting issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating resolution efforts with business units and vendors, and maintaining documentation that promote operational effectiveness and knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate, test, implement, and support enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and disaster recovery activities for the core banking platform and related business applications.

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work alone and in a team environment, manage relationships, manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with managing credit union products and services, and their integration with core banking systems.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document processes, and deliver solutions through use of technology.
  • Experience developing and automating complex reports and visual dashboards, analyzing data, and making recommendations.
  • Strong reasoning skills to understand, create, and maintain configurations and technical documentation
  • Advocate for emerging technologies to modernize core processes.
  • Participating in on-call support, weekend rotations, and off-hours system upgrades and testing.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university preferred; plus one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience supporting and managing core banking systems (e.g., Corelation, Symitar, Fiserv).
  • Proven track record in software/system implementation, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Skilled in SQL/Crystal Report writing and database table management.
  • Experience using Microsoft, Adobe, and project management tools.
