Job Title: Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Management & Power BI Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will support data management initiatives, identify opportunities to generate business value from data, and develop Power BI solutions that enable informed decision-making.

This position requires a native Arabic speaker with fluency in written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement data management practices covering data governance, data quality, metadata, and data lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize data use cases aligned with business objectives.
  • Define KPIs to measure data value realization and the business impact of data initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions.
  • Develop and optimize data models using DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
  • Validate data accuracy and consistency across reporting sources.
  • Present insights and recommendations to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Prepare documentation and support knowledge transfer to business users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data management, business intelligence, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data value realization.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and SQL.
  • Experience translating business needs into dashboards, KPIs, and actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Saudi National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards and requirements.
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms and data integration processes.
  • Relevant certifications, such as CDMP or Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
