Job Introduction:

​Manages an engineering team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions. Oversees project execution, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement. ​

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ​Leads a team of software engineers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of platform features and services.
  • ​Manages day-to-day execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with roadmap priorities and timelines.
  • ​Collaborates with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • ​Mentors and develops engineers through regular feedback, career guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • ​Ensures engineering best practices are followed, including code reviews, testing, documentation, and DevOps standards.
  • ​Drives process improvements that enhance team productivity, code quality, and system scalability. ​

Basic Qualifications:

  • ​8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role
  • ​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • ​Proficient in modern programming languages, software architecture, and development methodologies
  • ​Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable system design
  • ​Strong leadership, team-building, and project management skills
  • ​Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
