You will align multi-disciplinary engineering teams, manage program risks, and ensure complex hardware deliverables meet rigorous quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT STARK

  • Lead end-to-end hardware development projects from requirements definition through design, testing, and manufacturing release.
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams (PCB design, embedded systems, mechanical, supply chain) to achieve milestone target dates.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, technical risk registers, and hardware bill of materials (BOM) budgets.
  • Establish and oversee verification and validation (V&V) plans, compliance testing, and hardware qualification procedures.
  • Interface with external suppliers, contract manufacturers, and component vendors to secure high-reliability supply chains.
  • Report project status, technical tradeoffs, and schedule risks to leadership and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE MISSION

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical project management experience in complex hardware development environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering hardware products through full NPI (New Product Introduction) cycles.
  • Solid understanding of PCB design workflows, mechanical prototyping, and electronic manufacturing processes.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or automotive industries.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or military qualification standards (MIL-STD).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications.

If you're interested in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself reflected on the description above, please send us your CV in English. We're looking forward to meeting you!
